Because it takes 2 months to see the initial impact, if your skin condition is not improved to your satisfaction after proper usage after 60 days, we will refund the medication cost. Refunds must be requested between 60 and 90 days after the completion of your treatment plan, including the day the consultation is completed. You are eligible for a full refund of the prescription product if the following terms and conditions are satisfied:
- You used the prescription product consistently as directed by your provider for the full 60 days
- You submitted follow-up information as requested (photios and a brief survey) at your 6 week check-in. The 6-week check-in's reassessment and photos must be completed and submitted within 10 days of the initial request to maintain refund eligibility.
- You submitted a refund request along with final pictures to email@example.com any time within the refund period after your shipment was delivered
We reserve the right to forfeit the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money-back guarantee offer. Refunds will be made to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. You may be asked to return any remaining product. Limit one refund per customer per eligible product. Returning customers who sign up again are not eligible for a refund.
