Incorrect email address

If you haven't heard from us with your treatment plan or order confirmation, we may be in your spam folder.  However, if you don't see us there, please email support@docentrx.com and provide your name, date of birth, and corrected email address so we can update your account. 

After we update your account, we will ask you to reset your password and you will be good to go!
