Ramping up

Ramping up to your full prescription dose takes a little time but is critical.  Please follow this guide closely:

  • Week 1 – Use 3 times per week
  • Week 2 – Use 5 times per week
  • Week 3 & beyond – Use daily

These are general guidelines so please use your discretion if you need a faster, or particularly slower, adjustment period.
